We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, upgrades, or technical issues may occasionally affect service availability.
DutyPick, including its software, branding, designs, and content, is protected by intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce or distribute any part of the platform without written permission.
Some features require a paid subscription.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date. Failure to pay may result in restricted access to premium features.
DutyPick assists with workforce scheduling but does not make clinical or staffing decisions.
Healthcare organizations remain responsible for:

We may suspend or terminate accounts that:
